This company is AWESOME! I can't say enough good things about them. We had rodent issues for over a year and tried Terminex, Hydrex, Stanley and others to rid our attic of rats. No one was able to help us. Then, I came across TWIN from watching their video on YouTube. Jim, one of the owners of TWIN, and his crew, came by the house. Contacted Twin Home Experts to help us with a rat infestation in our garage, and they put their specialist Ben on the case. He came out right away, completed a thorough inspection, and offered a series of solutions to meet our needs that seemed tailored to the issue we were having. Another company had come out for an "inspection," but it was more a formality because they were going to charge us the same enormous flat fee no matter what level of issue we were having. Ben and the company communicated with us effectively every step of the way, and their work was meticulous. Ben, in particular, demonstrated enthusiasm for doing a good job and making sure we were satisfied with his work.

I had a rodent issue in a tight crawl space beneath my home. On short notice, Mark was dispatched to my home to survey the issue. He determined the cause of the issue was a hole in a sewer pipe created by rats which were entering the area due to the absence of a catch valve in the conduit from the street to my home. Mark coordinated a full clean-up, sanitizing of the affected area, replacement of the damaged section of the pipe and the installation of a catch valve. Mark, Thompson and the crew worked with great speed and professionalism - happily answering all my questions - to rectify an ugly situation.
